The role involves overseeing CRM systems, forecasting, and collaborating with sales leadership to implement strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability (This includes defining and implementing a renewal process)Oversee the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and integration of new toolsDevelop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and rep performance, providing actionable insights for leadershipOwn the sales forecasting process, territory planning and, in partnership with finance, quota setting and commission structureCollaborate with marketing and sales leadership on sales onboarding, training, lead management and sales compensation plans. This includes overall management of the annual sales conferenceOrganize, guide, and support employees to achieve shared goals efficiently.
