They are seeking a highly skilled Sr. AI Engineer to lead innovations in contract management and revenue cycle management through advanced Generative AI solutions, emphasizing the design and deployment of secure, scalable AI systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign/Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models to drive operational efficiencies across VBC, RCM datasetsImplement advanced architectures including LLMs (Gemini, Vertex, GPT), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic frameworksBuild and Optimize end-to-end pipelines using Python, PySpark or T-SQLDevelop and fine-tune multiple GenAI models for digitization, summarization, prompt engineering and conversational AIApply MLOps best practices: model versioning, drift analysis, quantization, MLFlow, containerization with Docker and CI/CD PipelinesWork with cloud platforms like GCP for scalable deploymentsIntegrate data warehousing solution like Snowflake and manage large scale data pipelinesCollaborate in agile environment, participate in sprint planning and maintain code repositories in GitlabDesign, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on the responsible use of AIApply best practices for LLM security, including output moderation, access control and auditabilityEnsure compliance with Responsible AI principles and fairness, transparency and explainabilityDeploy and manage GenAI solutions on Google suite; Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SDKs and orchestration toolsSkillsBachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer science, engineering or related technical field preferred)4+ years of experience in AI/ML techniques like Prompt Engineering, RAG and Agentic AI4+ years of experience and strong expertise in Python, Pyspark, T-SQL or SQL and big-data technologies1+ years of experience with Generative AI frameworks/architecture1+ years of experience with any one of the cloud technologies, preferably GCP and Cloud native AI services1+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab and containerization tools1+ years of experience with LLM security, Prompt Engg and Responsible AI practicesProven experience of working within technical and business professionals in a matrix management environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProven clearly demonstrated experience in in problem solving, data management and implementationStrong communication skills with the ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical quality standardsBenefitsBonusesBenefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs)Annual bonus targeted at 15%Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.Company OverviewPrivia Health is a physician enablement company that provides technology and services to optimize the healthcare delivery experience.
