They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software migration projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end software migration projects from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation supportDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and communication plansCoordinate software, data, and process migrations from legacy systems to new platformsManage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and customer expectationsTrack project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependenciesServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation and migration processFacilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, executive reviews, and go-live planning sessionsBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and timelinesManage escalations and provide timely resolution to implementation challengesPartner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Training, and Operations teams to ensure successful project deliveryCoordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to support project milestonesFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersIdentify project risks early and develop mitigation plansMonitor project health, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationEscalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolutionEnsure project scope changes are documented and managed effectivelyContribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies, templates, and best practicesCreate and maintain project documentation, implementation guides, and migration playbooksIdentify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency and customer experienceSkills5+ years of project management experience in software implementation, SaaS, or technology environments3+ years of experience managing software migrations, platform transitions, or enterprise implementationsProven experience leading multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams in customer-facing environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience creating project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk assessmentsProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platformsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience with transit technology, transportation software, mobility platforms, or public sector implementationsPMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certificationExperience with enterprise SaaS migrations and data integrationsBackground in customer onboarding, professional services, or implementation consultingCompany OverviewTransit Technologies is a software developing company that provides transit solutions.
