This role is pivotal in driving enrollment growth by generating leads, engaging with prospective families, and nurturing them through the admissions process.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for prospective families exploring USPAActively pursue new leads through outreach, events, community engagement, and strategic partnershipsBuild and maintain a strategic outreach calendar aligned with enrolment goalsDevelop relationships with homeschool groups, educational consultants, youth programs, and parent networksConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platformsMonitor educational and enrolment trends to identify new pools of high-fit prospective studentsTrack outreach effectiveness and continuously adjust strategies to improve lead volume and qualityRepresent USPA at virtual and in-person fairs, events, and partner activitiesDeliver engaging presentations and collect prospective family informationCoordinate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignmentFollow up promptly with event-generated leads and nurture next-step engagementRe-engage past leads and proactively identify families who may benefit from flexible or alternative education modelsEnter all new leads into the CRMMaintain accurate, up-to-date lead activity and ensure full pipeline captureNurture prospective families through early engagement and next-step conversationsDetermine lead readiness and transition qualified families to Admissions AdvisorsProvide high-level program information and address early-stage family questionsPartner closely with Admissions Advisors to ensure a smooth and aligned transitionSend detailed handoff emails including lead context, notes, and scheduled datesMaintain thorough CRM documentation to support seamless onboarding and family experienceShare insights from families and the field to inform enrolment strategy and process improvementsManage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environmentTrack metrics, report on pipeline growth, and meet enrolment contribution goalsProactively identify pipeline gaps and take corrective actions without promptingConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrolment targetsBalance empathy, responsiveness, and accountability in all family interactionsSkillsBachelor's degree required (education, communications, business, or related field preferred)Industry experience within a sporting environment, specifically including skiing, snowboarding, or cyclingExperience in admissions, enrolment, family advising, sales, recruiting, or relationship-based rolesExperience working in high-performance, elite, or competitive student environments strongly preferredComfortable with frequent travel and non-traditional work hoursProven ability to work in goal-oriented, fast-moving settingsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsConfident, professional presence with families and partnersSelf-directed, adaptable, and results-orientedGoal-oriented and internally motivated to close dealsComfortable educating and influencing without being transactionalHighly organized with strong follow-throughPassion for student success and flexible education modelsKnowledge of and experience in the sporting industryBenefitsHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matchPaid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, company holidays)Life & Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Wellness Programs Working HoursCompany OverviewUS Performance Academy is an online middle and high school for student athletes.
