Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech evaluations and design individualized therapy programs for students eligible for Speech/Language services
Provide group or individual therapy sessions to promote Speech/Language development
Collaborate with staff to integrate Speech/Language development into the classroom
Function as case manager for students eligible for Speech services only
Schedule and conduct IEP meetings for students eligible for Speech only services
Maintain confidential records on all referred students and provide progress reports in alignment with report card timelines
Requirements:
New Jersey Department of Education Standard Certificate as a Speech/Language Specialist
Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate with team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
