They are seeking a Specialist in Events & Demand Generation to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that drive qualified demand and pipeline growth, ensuring alignment between digital programs and sales objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, and integrated event follow-upsManage email and nurture campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics to drive lead acquisition, engagement, and conversionDevelop and maintain audience segmentation strategies to support targeted outreach and account-based initiativesOwn the end-to-end webinar program strategy and execution within Zoom, from setup and promotion through post-event lead follow-upTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contributionLead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagementsOwn event logistics end-to-end, including product placement strategy, equipment requirements, internet connectivity, booth setup, and vendor coordinationEnsure events are executed to a high standard, delivering consistent brand presence and a strong customer experiencePartner with sales to align event goals, lead capture strategy, and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impactManage event timelines, budgets, and internal coordination to ensure flawless executionOversee the development of event and demand generation collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement assetsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectivesSupport the creation of visual and messaging assets that enhance campaign performance and event engagementSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketingProven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growthProficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact)Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insightsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsCompany OverviewEstablished in Taiwan in 2000, we're renowned for our expertise in imaging and audio technology, specializing in IP cameras, video management software, VSaaS, and AI video analytics.
