As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a important role in providing specialized instruction on a virtual platform and support students with diverse learning needs.

Your passion for inclusive education and your ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment will make a significant impact on our students' personal development and academic success.

Must be able to:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique needs and goals. Provide specialized instruction in accordance with IEPs, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions. Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and progress.

In order to qualify:
• Master's degree in Special Education
• Valid teaching certification/licenses up to date for Maryland
• Experience on a remote platform is preferred but not required
