[Remote] Solutions Project Manager

The role involves managing project activities, fostering customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement in implementation processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.ResponsibilitiesManage program/project activities including scope, requirements, timelines, and communication plans with customer success metrics as the primary success criteriaDeliver customer-centric implementations that prioritize user adoption, satisfaction, and business impact over traditional project metrics aloneProvide continuous improvements to WellHive implementation processes based on customer feedback and success outcomesFacilitate strong customer relationships through regular success check-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic alignment meetingsProvide transparent progress reporting focused on customer success milestones and value deliverySupport organizational governance with a customer success lens and change management strategies that drive adoptionWork collaboratively with third-party vendors and subcontractorsConducts follow up actions needed to resolve critical issues impacted work stream and program deliverablesConducts/facilitates issue resolution meetings and/or sessions needed to mitigate or resolve project issues/risksPrepares detailed reports and summaries specific to time reporting, project estimates and reconciliation as needed. Prepares program/ project reports and summaries as neededEffectively applies PM methodology and enforces project standardsSkillsBachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Project Management or equivalent management experienceAbility to perform at a high level of effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work with Program/project sponsors, Executive sponsors, supervisor/manager and other members of section or department to promote a harmonious work environmentSuccessful experience managing matrix and cross functional teamsVendor management experienceExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communications skills both written and verbalExperience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs is a plusCompany OverviewWellHive provides software for veterans' health management which offers scheduling, monitoring, status claim, enrollment, eligibility.
