Your expertise will be crucial in supporting feature releases, resolving issues, and documenting requirements and technical specifications. You will also develop project plans, identify test scenarios, and work directly with business groups to ensure seamless implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and shape the business process architecture within your defined areas of responsibility
Act as primary authority on UKG configurations
Communicate clearly and collaborate with partners
Support feature releases and issue resolution
Document requirements and technical specifications
Develop project plans
Identify test scenarios and develop test scripts

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of UKG experience
Boomi certification
Knowledge of downstream integrations
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Proven attention to detail
Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects
Expertise in agile software development methodologies
Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts
Customer-centric approach
