[Remote] Software Product Owner

The Software Product Owner role focuses on supporting the discovery, definition, and delivery of product features that enhance customer experience and product strategy.ResponsibilitiesWrite and refine user stories with clear success criteria based on jobs to be done, or a similar framework, leveraging AI tools to accelerate drafting, research and synthesisOwn and prioritize the product backlog for assigned product areas, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical considerationsCollaborate with engineering teams to define, scope, and deliver product features, including AI-powered capabilities within the Bloom Growth platformParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesGather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and validate directionUse AI tools to enhance product workflows including research, documentation, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communicationPartner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment on priorities and deliveryIdentify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact product timelinesSupport the development of requirements for AI-driven features to ensure they are well-defined and technically feasiblePromote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within the product teamEnsure work is clearly defined and ready for development to support the team’s 1-week sprint cyclesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)1–3 years of experience in a product management, project management, or business analyst roleWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in sprint-based development environmentsHands-on experience using AI tools such as AI-assisted writing, prompt engineering, or copilot-style productivity toolsFamiliarity with SaaS product developmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to collaborate effectively in a fully remote work environmentAbility to participate in and support product discussions and decision-makingExperience with or understanding of growth operating systems such as EOS, Bloom Growth, Scaling Up, or similar frameworksExperience working in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)Direct experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance workflow efficiencyExperience supporting or defining AI-enabled product featuresFamiliarity with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar platformsExperience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teamsBenefits100% remote work environmentMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with employer match (immediate eligibility)Unlimited PTOPaid parental leaveProfessional development opportunitiesCompany-paid holidaysCompany OverviewBloom Growth is a proven ecosystem designed to lead your business on a journey to exponential growth.
