This role involves shaping clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness, leading support readiness initiatives, and providing critical clinical expertise during implementation.ResponsibilitiesSupport Readiness Fundamentals Owner: Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring it aligns perfectly with both project objectives and specific site requirementsSite Readiness Leadership: Offer your clinical expertise and leadership to site teams, ensuring smooth EHR sustainment after go-liveRisk & Issue Identification: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to proactively spot, document, and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise in post-go-live supportClinical Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main clinical liaison, connecting informatics teams, healthcare providers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment on key objectivesDrive Project Plan Success: Partner with the Project Manager to ensure that all project deliverables are executed on time, effectively addressing clinical considerations and overcoming roadblocksStrategic Informatics Planning: Develop and implement strategic readiness plans that ensure smooth transitions across clinical teams during the EHR go-live processEducate on Sustainment Processes: Provide targeted training to informatics teams to ensure continued success and sustainability post-implementationLead Process Improvement: Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events, driving quick wins and enhancing efficiencyAdoption Support: Work with informatics teams to assess and improve the adoption of new workflows by both end users and super users, ensuring long-term successSkillsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (required)5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required)Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignmentProven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiativesStrong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflowsMaster's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred)Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure (preferred)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinionShort term disability and long term disabilityLife insurance and AD&DSupplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child)Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending AccountsPre-tax commuter and parking benefits401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company matchPaid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
