The role involves designing and developing scalable, secure applications that power next-generation platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing modern technologies.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions that solve real business problemsImplement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and modern front-end applicationsUse SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate to accelerate deliveryParticipate in code reviews, pair programming, and team knowledge-sharing sessionsWrite secure, performant, and maintainable codeWork closely with product and architecture teams to ensure alignment in technical direction and business prioritiesSkills3+ years of professional software development experienceStrong knowledge of backend development in languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or GoSkilled in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Vue, or AngularDevelop scalable and high performing microservices architecture and RESTful APIsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in distributed environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a teamExposure to GenAI tools, SaaS platforms, and low-code/no-code toolsFamiliarity with serverless technologies and event-driven architectureFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)Working knowledge of monitoring stacks like Datadog, Prometheus, or ELKExperience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with enterprise platformsAwareness of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
