They are seeking a Software Engineer interested in product and growth to build, improve, and maintain web and mobile applications, making impactful product decisions and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities Building, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications across a portfolio of small internet businesses and apps Improving existing codebases, UX, onboarding flows, and monetization – making products better, faster, and more valuable for users Shipping fast experiments across product and growth – you’ll own features end-to-end from idea to production Making product decisions alongside engineering ones – you won’t just be handed specs, you’ll help decide what to build and why Working directly with founders on product strategy, technical architecture, and scaling decisions Identifying growth opportunities through data and user behavior, and building the features and infrastructure to capture them Skills Aptitude for software engineering Interest in product and growth Ability to work on real products with real customers Capability to impact user experience, retention, and revenue Experience in building, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications Ability to improve existing codebases, UX, onboarding flows, and monetization Skill in shipping fast experiments across product and growth Ability to own features end-to-end from idea to production Experience in making product decisions alongside engineering ones Capability to work directly with founders on product strategy, technical architecture, and scaling decisions Skill in identifying growth opportunities through data and user behavior Ability to build features and infrastructure to capture growth opportunities Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities change Ability to take responsibility quickly and figure things out on your own Benefits Opportunity to receive some of your pay in equity at a discounted price.
