Our Mission: Streamlining extended workforce management across multiple regions by providing flexible technology, services, and support. • *Description: • * We're seeking a Junior Data Analyst (Business Intelligence / Reporting) to support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of business and product reporting. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working within existing reporting platforms and data models while learning deeper BI and analytics skills over time. You'll collaborate closely with Product and other teams to deliver accurate, actionable reports and insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst looking to grow their experience in business intelligence, reporting, and product analytics. What You'll Do: • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Sisense • Support and enhance existing Sisense data models • Assist with reporting-related work in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, validation, troubleshooting) • Develop and maintain Crystal Reports used for operational and business needs • Partner with the Product team to: • Analyze user behavior data (e.g., Microsoft Clarity ) • Summarize findings and suggest data-driven recommendations • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, reliable outputs • Help ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and documentation What You'll Bring: • 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI support role (or equivalent hands-on experience) • Experience creating reports or dashboards in at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Crystal Reports , or similar) • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and how reports interact with source data • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Sisense • Working knowledge of SQL (writing basic queries or working with existing queries) • Experience with Crystal Reports • Exposure to product analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GA4, or Mixpanel • Interest in UX, product usage data, or customer behavior analysis (Sisense, SQL, and Clarity experience are helpful but not required for the right candidate.)
