They are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead their social media initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth through innovative and performance-driven strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of DTC-focused social media strategies aligned with customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goalsProvide leadership, direction, and coaching to the social media team to ensure consistent, high-quality outputOversee content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channelsManage and optimize paid and organic social initiatives, tracking performance against DTC KPIs such as engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROASEnsure brand consistency, strong storytelling, and high-quality community engagement across all social channelsCoordinate the timely delivery of YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and supporting creative assetsStay ahead of social and DTC trends, testing new formats, platforms, and growth strategies to improve reach and performanceCollaborate closely with DTC managers, creatives, and marketing peers to align social strategies with broader campaigns and launchesDrive accountability and workflow efficiency using Asana or other project management toolsLead team syncs, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings as neededSkills3+ years of proven leadership experience in social media management, preferably within a DTC brand, agency, or fast-paced growth environmentExpertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platformsStrong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growthDemonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goalsSkilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining qualityExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsSolid understanding of paid and organic social media, including campaign development, analytics, testing, and performance optimization tied to business outcomesA computer with dual monitor setup is requiredComputer with at least 8GB of RAMMust have at least 25 MBPS internet speed40 hours a week, 8 hours a dayWork schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday onlyOpportunities for professional development and career advancementCompetitive salary basePermanent work-from-home setupBenefitsPermanent work-from-home setupWork schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday onlyOpportunities for professional development and career advancementMAG School, weekly trainings, and a growth mindset baked into everything we doCompany OverviewSelling only on Amazon is like renting someone else’s house, great until the rules change.
