We are seeking two talented and motivated Social Media Interns to join our innovative team at The Mint Inc. community, a platform dedicated to empowering young minority professionals through interdisciplinary networking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial development. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a vital role in leading growth campaigns, creating engaging content, and promoting our brand across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive growth and engagement
Create high-quality marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and other visual content
Proactively engage with online communities, fostering authentic and meaningful relationships
Analyze and review metrics on all digital channels to optimize our online presence

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design (Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools)
Experience working with startups (preferred)
Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends
Passion for developing the next generation of minority leaders and contributing to our mission
