Reflex Media, Inc. is seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to support their content, engagement, and community growth strategies across various social media platforms. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, managing influencer relationships, and tracking campaign performance to enhance brand presence and engagement.ResponsibilitiesAssist with content creation, drafting captions, repurposing assets, and uploading content using native application platformsOrganize and maintain content calendars in coordination with the marketing teamMonitor trends and help ideate reactive and proactive content opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to craft social campaigns that reflect the interests and lifestyles of our membersMonitor and engage with online communities across all platformsRespond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-aligned voiceEstablish and coordinate relationships with social media influencers to support brand-aligned campaigns and content initiativesStay current with trends, memes, and viral content to ensure relevancy across platformsSupport the tracking and reporting of social media KPIs in collaboration with the Social Media ManagerTrack campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly performance reportsUse social media analytics tools to surface insights and inform future campaignsWork closely with the Social Media Manager, content creators, and designers to ensure consistent brand identityParticipate in brainstorms for upcoming campaigns and launchesSupport broader marketing team initiatives across luxury brand positioningSource relevant updates and releases from cross-functional teams (Product, PR, Copy, etc.) to inform timely and relevant social contentOccasionally join creative off-sites or content shoots with our Las Vegas-based teamSupport the planning and execution of social media content productions, campaign shoots, lifestyle content sessions, and brand activationsAssist with influencer events, experiential activations, pop-ups, and branded experiences to help drive social engagement and brand awarenessCapture and publish real-time social content during events, including behind-the-scenes footage, event highlights, and live social storytellingCoordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth production and event executionHelp organize production schedules, shot lists, content capture plans, and event logisticsIdentify and capture engaging social moments and creator-generated content opportunities during activations and eventsAssist with influencer coordination, including attendance tracking, content collection, approvals, and deliverable managementEnsure all event and activation content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and social media best practicesSupport post-event content organization, asset management, and performance reporting as neededSkillsSome college preferred; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or content coordinationBasic design or video editing experience (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)Strong writing and grammar skillsExperience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platformsFamiliarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics dashboardsKnowledge of or interest in luxury branding, modern relationships, or pop cultureAble to travel once a quarterCompany OverviewReflex Media is a next-generation high-tech marketing company led by our Founder & CEO, an MIT alumni.
