Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, both remotely and in person
• Deliver engaging product and service training through webinars and instructor-led sessions
• Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content
• Support client retention efforts through onboarding new clients
• Accurately maintain records and generate reports
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates
• Track client interactions using CRM tools
• Assist with translations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Education Requirements Credential Category
• Degree in a relevant field preferred but not required

Experience Requirements
• 1–3 years in customer service or product training
