The role involves analyzing social media performance and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights that shape strategy for healthcare and life sciences clients.ResponsibilitiesUse social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr to monitor online conversations and audience trends across healthcare and pharma audiencesAnalyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover insights that are actually actionable, not just observationalBuild and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards for internal teams and client-facing stakeholdersTranslate data into strategic recommendations that improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and campaign performancePartner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making throughout campaign planning and executionResearch emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behavior specific to healthcare and pharma to inform client strategySupport reporting deliverables across channels, understanding data structure, tagging, measurement strategy, and reporting requirementsEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all analytics deliverablesGather, process, and interpret data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channelsDevelop regular and ad hoc reports evaluating campaign performance against KPIsSkills2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising sector, agency-side pharma experience strongly preferredComfort with the regulated nature of pharma marketing, including awareness of how MLR and compliance considerations shape content and messagingExperience analyzing performance across social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and InstagramProficiency with social media analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or similarExperience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Sprout SocialAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google SheetsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker StudioFamiliarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plusStrong ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills — you can present insights in a way that's compelling and accessible to non-analytical stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracyCollaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentCompany OverviewPrinceton10—Not an agency* *The layer-laden teams.
