Our team is passionate about using data and insights to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Insights Senior Analyst to join our team and drive consumer loyalty by overseeing reviews, investigating information, and introducing significant experiences to partners. As a key member of our Customer Insights team, you'll work closely with our Sr. Director to develop and implement customer insights strategies that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with Sr. Director to develop and implement customer insights strategies that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth * Plan, build, distribute, and analyze customer reviews to gather customer feedback and insights * Collaborate with Sr. Director to develop and implement best practices for gathering and analyzing customer feedback and experiences * Analyze customer feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business * Use storytelling skills to communicate customer insights and experiences to internal stakeholders and drive business decisions * Present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders * Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement * Continuously audit and enhance the research process to ensure it remains relevant and provides valuable insights * Collaborate with vendors to obtain top-tier research methods **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field * 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights * Mastery of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies * Ability to manage project timelines and deadlines that run concurrently * Strong analytical and decision-making skills * Comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders * Hands-on experience with survey development and programming * Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills * Ability to learn research software and tools quickly * Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics) * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for customer insights and business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
