They are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new SMB accounts, managing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets through consultative sales processes.ResponsibilitiesWork all new business leads for SMB (10-250 employees) accountsAchieve and consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customersMaster the product and be able to field customer service and product questions from your leadsPerform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing toolsWork with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion toolsIdentify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the quality of the sales pipelineSkillsMust be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese1-3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers1-3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experienceExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProcess-driven with diligent attention to detailExperience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for QuotesWe work a lot and love it, you LOVE work as much as we do, and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the groundExperience with project management software or other productivity toolsExperience with e-commerce signup flows and field salesExperience with Slack, Front, Salesforce and OutreachSome exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes, and sending responses quicklyYou prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tacticsCompany OverviewClickUp is the world’s first Converged AI Workspace, bringing together all work apps, data, and workflows.
