They are seeking a ServiceNow ABM Data Specialist to perform data analytics, reporting, testing, and quality assurance activities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's IT infrastructure program.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to support operational and strategic decision-makingDevelop customized reports and data visualizations tailored to stakeholder and business requirementsAnalyze operational metrics, SLA performance, incident trends, sprint metrics, and system usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesUtilize ServiceNow reporting tools, Platform Analytics, and external data sources to extract, transform, validate, and present data effectivelyConduct data quality audits and validation activities to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency across environmentsSupport testing efforts for ServiceNow enhancements, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and reporting solutionsParticipate in bug hunts, defect validation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities related to ServiceNow applications and data processesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by validating business requirements, executing test scenarios, documenting issues, and coordinating defect resolution effortsDevelop and execute functional, regression, integration, and reporting validation test cases to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirementsDocument, track, and communicate defects, reporting discrepancies, and data issues with clear reproduction steps and impact analysisCollaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and project managers to review requirements, refine user stories, and validate acceptance criteriaParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessionsAssist with maintaining reporting standards documentation, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and operational proceduresDevelop automation solutions for recurring reporting, data validation, and quality assurance processes where applicableEnsure compliance with organizational data governance, security standards, and operational policiesResearch and recommend emerging analytics, reporting, testing, and automation tools to improve operational effectiveness and efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited college/universityTen (10) or more years of related experienceU.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearanceExperience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environmentExperience working with the ServiceNow platform, including reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, workflows, or operational support activitiesFamiliarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applicationsExperience supporting testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, functional testing, and defect validationExperience participating in bug hunts, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience with reporting tools, data analysis, and dashboard developmentExperience documenting defects, test results, and operational findingsStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentExperience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilitiesFamiliarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other testing toolsExperience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and analytics platformsExperience supporting enterprise application testing and quality assurance processesUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and Agile DevSecOps practicesPrior experience supporting Government or DoD systems and environmentsServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other ServiceNow certificationsExperience with workflow automation, integration validation, and operational reporting optimizationCompany OverviewSAIC specializes in IT, enterprise IT, engineering, and professional services.
