Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Specialist to join their team supporting the Financial Services, Fintech & Insurance sector for their digital experience practice area, Cognizant Moment. The role focuses on demand generation, sales planning, and building solutions to meet client needs while collaborating across the organization to ensure client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth – Your work will include crafting a sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with new prospects and existing clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioningBuild compelling solutions – You will assemble and lead pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help your new prospects and existing clients tackle their problem statement. You’ll be accountable for the story, the structure of the deal, and pricingBe a trusted advisor to your clients – You’ll actively seek to establish relationships with key client stakeholders who focus on growth (typically sales, marketing, product, and business division leaders). You will be accountable for client satisfaction, and you will proactively generate thought leadership that supports your clients’ desire to look ahead and anticipate the marketCollaborate Across Cognizant – You’ll be the point person to assemble skills/resources – within Cognizant Moment and across the organization – to respond to client needs. You’ll work closely with internal account teams to plan and run existing clientsSkillsStrategic problem-solving: The ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customer's perspective, as well as industry trends, and translating them into experience solutions that generate growthMarket/Industry prowess: Deep understanding the Financial Services, Fintech & Insurance sector. Will have worked with leading businesses in this spaceSales experience: Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in digital experience or AI spacesExecutive Presence: Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way. You'll also need to be able to create your own compelling presentationsRelationship management: Outstanding interpersonal abilities; skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, and other practice guidesCommercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities.
