As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will manage global liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships while supporting strategic financial decisions and ensuring compliance across various regions.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily global cash positions across US, EMEA, and LATAM entitiesDevelop and maintain short- and long-term multi-currency cash flow forecastsOptimize global cash utilization, including intercompany funding and cash pooling structuresManage relationships with global and regional banking partners across assigned regionsOversee global bank account structure, including account openings/closures and rationalizationPerform bank fee analysis and support negotiation of regional and global banking agreementsAssist in managing debt portfolios, including covenant compliance and reportingSupport financing activities across regions, including credit facilities and intercompany fundingIdentify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and liquidity risksSupport execution and monitoring of global hedging strategies and exposure reportingOversee global payment processes, wire transfers, and cross-border cash movementsEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policiesManage and support FBAR (Foreign Bank Account Report) compliance, including global account tracking and coordination with tax/legal teamsMaintain accurate documentation of global bank accounts, signatories, and KYC requirementsLead or support Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and maintenance across global operations, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, UAT, and rolloutDrive standardization and automation of treasury processes across regionsPartner with IT and Finance teams on ERP integrations and global treasury transformation initiativesPrepare global treasury reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior managementAnalyze variances in cash flow forecasts across regions and provide actionable insightsSupport month-end and year-end close activities related to treasurySkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldCertified Treasury Professional (CTP)5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, preferably in a multinational environmentAbility to speak SpanishStrong understanding of global cash management, multi-currency forecasting, and financial instrumentsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in a global, multi-entity environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones and regionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional, international projectsStrong understanding of internal controls and global risk management principlesDue to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hireExperience with TMS implementation or administration (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury)Familiarity with FBAR reporting requirements and global banking structuresKnowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)BenefitsFlexible Time-OffComprehensive Health, Dental and Vision benefits401(k) with employee sponsored matchBi-Weekly Meeting Free DaysMentoring ProgramsGlobally recognized Training and Development programsTuition Reimbursement, Time off to Volunteer, Charitable Giving Match, and more!Company OverviewLa tecnología ha transformado a las empresas y ha cambiado para siempre la forma en que los gobiernos regulan.
