[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager, ASPICE Assessor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Automotive ASPICE Assessor to join its Infrastructure, Planning and Processes (IPP) organization. The role involves collaborating across automotive programs to ensure engineering teams achieve process maturity while utilizing AI-powered tooling for assessment analysis and improvement efforts.ResponsibilitiesCarry out and assist with ASPICE (PAM 4.0) and HW SPICE (HW Engineering PRM/PAM 3.0) assessments involving systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, supporting and management processesWork with AI-assisted assessment tooling to review, validate, and cluster findings; apply engineering judgment to identify systemic root causes and prioritize what matters most for each programFacilitate structured findings workshops with development teams — presenting evidence, discussing ratings, and evaluate improvement priorities in a constructive, process-focused wayTranslate findings into concrete, trackable improvement items; follow up with team leads and program managers through to closureCommunicate assessment status, trends, and risks clearly to senior leadership and steering groups; prepare well-structured briefings that enable informed decisionsMentor engineering teams on ASPICE and HW SPICE process implementation, assisting teams in interpreting findings and progressing toward greater capability levelsContribute to the continuous improvement of the team's assessment methodology, including calibration of AI-assisted tooling against assessor judgmentSkillsStrong knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0, capable of evaluating, articulating, and supporting findings at BP and GP level10+ years of experienceBS or MS in engineering or a related field or equivalent experienceDemonstrated track record in ASPICE assessments — from planning through report deliveryExcellent communication and facilitation skills: able to present findings clearly to engineers and senior collaborators alike, and to drive structured discussion toward actionable outcomesProgram or project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple collaborative workstreams and maintain progress on improvement programsFamiliarity with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and ISO 8800 is essentialOpenness to working with AI-assisted tools as part of the assessment workflowIntacs Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certification; Competent Assessor strongly preferredActive or prior contribution to standards working groups — intacs, VDA QMC, ISO TC22/SC32, or similar bodiesCertification or proven knowledge in ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, or ISO 8800 is requiredExperience with HW SPICE 3.0 (HW Engineering PRM/PAM)Experience in autonomous driving software development or testing — familiarity with the interaction of systems engineering, software engineering, and management processes in an AD program (L2 through L4)BenefitsYou will also be eligible for equity and [benefits](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/benefits/).Company OverviewNVIDIA is a computing platform company operating at the intersection of graphics, HPC, and AI.
