This role involves leading cross-functional programs, optimizing resources, and establishing best-in-class engineering processes to drive innovation and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic engineering and business goalsSupport and accelerate the development of platform teams and capabilities to enable scalable, efficient engineering and drive innovationDevelop and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to optimize collaboration, governance, and operational efficiencyPartner with engineering, architecture, security, product, design, GTM, and platform teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, and rapid executionDefine and manage program roadmaps, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical pathsProvide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership, leveraging analytics for informed decision-makingIdentify and mitigate risks and blockers, ensuring smooth execution across teams and functionsManage executive-level communications and expectations, ensuring transparency on program goals, progress, and challengesContinuously improve engineering program management practices, helping the organization scale efficientlySkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise softwareStrong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities within an organizationExperience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar program management systemsSuperior problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong decision-making and risk management skillsOutstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, particularly in executive-facing environmentsProactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive transformational changeExperience with Healthcare technology is a bonusCompany OverviewHealthEdge Software offers benefits administration and care management software solutions.
