Responsibilities
Provide project management support to ensure overall success of initiatives by updating project implementation plans including business benefits, scope, objectives, schedule, deliverables, budget, and success criteria.

Lead coordination of meetings, including developing agendas, capturing meeting minutes and action items, and ensuring follow-up items are completed.

Create and deliver necessary reporting to ensure effective project communication occurs and is available.

Determine content of status reports from the project team and create them, troubleshooting problem areas and delivering overall progress reports.

Maintain relationships across OIT, OeHI, State agencies, customers, and vendors to align projects with overall business objectives.

Participate in project post-mortem assessments and suggest improvements in process or procedure.

Manage issues and proactively escalate critical issues for immediate resolution.
Requirements
1 year of experience in project coordination or management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
