The ideal candidate will have experience in filling Engineering, Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing roles within a fast-paced Medical Device corporate environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is being identified and hiredPrevious experience supporting full-life-cycle recruiting needsExperience utilizing sourcing plansWillingness to learn and comprehend innovative sourcing strategies using Linkedin and other tools including proactive phone and internet researchSkillsBachelor's Degree3-8 Years Full-Life-Cycle Experience in a Corporate or Corporate + Agency Setting or RPOHourly, nonexempt, Quality / Technical / Manufacturing/ Production recruiting in their background, preferably in Medical DeviceDevelop strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is being identified and hiredPrevious experience supporting full-life-cycle recruiting needsPossess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-taskPC Literate with Widows including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar email application), and Internet SavvyHigh degree of gritDetail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritizeResults-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)Experience utilizing sourcing plans.
