This role involves designing and delivering scalable systems that improve workflows and the overall associate experience.ResponsibilitiesFocus on multiple areas and provide technical and thought leadership to design, build, productionize an enterprise applicationDevelop and execute technical software development strategy for a variety of domainsExperience building, integrating, or extending solutions across enterprise collaboration platforms such as Slack, Outlook, Zoom, SharePoint, and Copilot, with a focus on enabling scalable automation and AI-driven workflows within real-world systemsAccountable for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutionsInfluence and educate leadership at all levelsConsistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teamsDetermine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, and demonstrate adaptability and sponsoring continuous learningCollaborate with application teams and business partners to standardize file sharing practices.
