The role involves configuring and implementing solutions based on customer requirements, translating business needs into product specifications, and providing ongoing support to enhance supply chain management practices.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement Kinaxis Maestro product based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality, aligned with user stories, and completed in accordance with project timelinesTranslate business requirements into Kinaxis Maestro product specifications, following Supply Chain Industry trends and best practicesSupport in developing and enhancing inventory management modules to balance service levels, working capital, and system efficiencySupport in developing Production Planning workflows that balance capacity, lead times and demand variabilitySupport Quality Control/Quality Assurance validation and testing of the solution. Provide recommendations to improve future workflows and implementationsCollaborate with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to align Kinaxis Maestro solution with system capabilitiesTranslate business requirements into system configurations, dashboards and workflowsParticipate in early innovator programs with a focus on guiding and training end users on how the Maestro solution was configured in relation to their business requirements and how to achieve immediate value from their investmentProvide continued support to the customer during the early innovator program of the project to ensure the customer understands the solution and how it integrates into their supply chain management objectives and practicesConduct data-driven analysis to identify improvements and recommend the same to project team for increasing the effectiveness of the developed solutionSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldExperience working with Maestro or similar Supply chain platformExperience working with Production Planning and inventory management concepts ideally in a software or technology driven environmentExperience in SaaS Supply Chain platform projectsKnowledge of software extensions and embedded algorithms is an advantageSolution Consultant Level certification/s from Kinaxis is an advantageExperience in data analysis tools like python and SQL is an advantagePassion for working in customer-facing roles, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationKnowledge of Agile methodologies for system implementationAbility to interpret business requirements and convert them into entity relationship diagram logicUnderstanding of the software deployment life cycle; including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deploymentSelf-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine the best course of actionAbility to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to bridge technical and business teamsBenefitsFlexible vacation and Kinaxis Days (company-wide days off)Flexible work optionsPhysical and mental well-being programsRegularly scheduled virtual fitness classesMentorship programs, training, and career developmentRecognition programs and referral rewardsHackathonsCompany OverviewKinaxis is a leading provider of cloud-based subscription software.
