They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Partner Onboarding team to design and build systems that facilitate the launch of 401(k) plans, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain our user experiences for both external and internal customersWork on business-critical, foundational services which serve as the data funnel of our entire platformImprove complex processes and systems to make them more robust and require less human interventionCollaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to share knowledge and build expertiseDevelop ownership over domains in our system and make informed engineering tradeoffsAdvocate for and delight internal and external usersDirect AI agents across the full development lifecycle — from prototyping and implementation to debugging and code review — operating as the architect and decision-maker while AI handles the buildingExpand what's possible with AI tooling — identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering work, improve code quality through AI-driven review, and share effective patterns with your teamSkills6+ years of experience building and maintaining software in productionDesire to work with the following technologies: Node, TypeScript, React, AWS and PostgreSQLProficiency in leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate development cycles and improve code qualityTop notch communication skills.
