[Remote] Senior Social Producer & Community Manager, The Hustle

They are seeking a Senior Social Producer & Community Manager for The Hustle to drive social media strategy and community engagement, creating original content and managing social channels. Responsibilities • You’ll manage the daily posting schedule for TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and the YouTube Community tab • You’ll spend part of your week "in the field" (or in the studio) producing original unconventional businesses • You’ll take The Hustle newsletter and our YT deep-dives and "translate" them for social • You’ll spend time every day in the comments and Community tabs • You’ll constantly be looking at the numbers, tracking what social content is best at converting viewers into newsletter and YouTube subscribers Skills • Experience managing social media channels including TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Ability to produce original video content • Experience in repackaging content for social media • Strong community engagement skills • Ability to analyze social media metrics and track content performance • Passion for business stories and translating them for a broad audience • Tech-fluency, including the use of AI for content creation • Strong visual sense for creating engaging thumbnails • Experience editing short-form social content • Ability to work independently and creatively with limited resources Benefits • Equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) • Overtime pay • Flexibility and connection • Accommodations or assistance due to a disability Company Overview • HubSpot develops cloud-based, inbound marketing software that allows businesses to transform the way that they market online.
