[Remote] Senior Signage Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Signage Project Manager to lead and develop a team, oversee signage projects from inception to delivery, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to budget and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and coordinatorsFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellenceSet clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team membersOversee the planning, execution, and completion of signage projects from inception to deliveryEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDevelop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and toolsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are metServe as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholdersAddress and resolve any project-related issues or concerns promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the Signage DivisionIdentify opportunities for growth and improvement within the divisionMonitor industry trends and integrate best practices into the division’s operationsManage the division’s budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financial performanceEnsure effective allocation of resources to meet project and organizational goalsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvementsIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on projectsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocolsSkillsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the signage or related industryProven track record of managing large, complex projects and delivering resultsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsPMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirableExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to travel as required to oversee projects and meet with clientsMaster's degreeBenefitsMedical, Dental and VisionCompany paid Group Term Life Insurance401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match)Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidaysPaid HolidaysCompany OverviewBroadway National Group is a total facilities maintenance, project management, and development solutions provider.
