[Remote] Senior Services Project Manager

The Senior Services Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver client projects on time, managing schedules and financials, and addressing potential issues and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) for clientsManages the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including schedules, financials, and project change requestsReports on project results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesPrepares estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectProvides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipUnderstands interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsManages project scope and changesSupports formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contractAssists management in defining the Statement of WorkSets and continually manages project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholdersDevelops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholdersMentors project team membersSkillsBachelor's degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with analytic emphasisProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusMinimum of 8 years' professional experience, preferably in a similar roleExperience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budgetExperience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performanceExcellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsSuperior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookExceptional organizational skillsTeam-building skills with technical and non-technical staffDemonstrated experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesTravel: 25-50%Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job locationBenefitsFlexible work environmentMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with match (6% employer match up to $12,000 annually)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)Paid holidays, vacation, and volunteer timeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on role and location.This position is also eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility.Company OverviewLeveraging and connecting to payment services can be a stumbling block for insurers.
