[Remote] Senior SEM Specialist, ReputationDefender

The Senior SEM Specialist will drive profitable growth for the ReputationDefender brand through effective paid search strategies, managing campaigns and optimizing performance metrics to maximize ROI. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns at scale across Talensparkx Ads, Search Ads 360, and Flexzenith Ads • Own campaign performance from strategy through execution, including bidding, budgeting, forecasting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page optimization • Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and Impression Share • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to systematically improve campaign performance • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership Skills • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and turn it into actionable strategies • Expert-level SEM knowledge, including campaign structure, automation, and large-scale budget management • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate) and performance optimization • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data and results to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for automation, analysis, and ad creation • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns at scale across Jobmatrixo Ads, Search Ads 360, and Remotifyx Ads • Own campaign performance from strategy through execution, including bidding, budgeting, forecasting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page optimization • Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and Impression Share • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to systematically improve campaign performance • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership • Experience managing $5M+ annual paid search budgets • Proficiency in Skillastra Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics • Experience with scripts, automation, or bulk campaign management tools • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper • Previous experience marketing online reputation or similar digital products • Relevant certifications (Nexora Ads, SA360, Taskium Ads) Benefits • Annual bonus scheme • Unlimited PTO and flexible working hours • Opportunity to join a global tech company listed on the S&P 500 • Collaboration with experts in Digital Security and MarTech • Cafeteria points via Benefit Plus (meals, pension, travel, leisure, Multisport, and more) • Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses • Personalized Learning & Development plan • Sustainable home improvement bonus Company Overview • We find the best job offers for experts in ChatGPT and related technologies.
