They are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to support enterprise security initiatives, lead the implementation of security technologies, and respond to security incidents.ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior member of the cybersecurity team supporting enterprise security initiativesLead the implementation, administration, and optimization of endpoint security technologiesManage and maintain Cortex XDR, BeyondTrust, Proofpoint, and other security platformsInvestigate and respond to security incidents, threats, and alerts across the environmentPerform vulnerability management activities, including identification, assessment, and remediation supportConduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to strengthen security controlsSupport enterprise security architecture initiatives and security best practicesPartner closely with Information Technology teams to implement and maintain security standardsMonitor security systems and recommend continuous improvements to security postureAssist with the deployment and management of additional security technologies, including Tenable and NozomiDevelop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protection controlsDrive ongoing security improvement efforts to reduce organizational risk and enhance cyber resilienceSkillsStrong hands-on experience with Cortex XDRStrong hands-on experience with BeyondTrustStrong hands-on experience with ProofpointExperience implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise security toolsStrong background in endpoint security and security operationsCompany OverviewCovenant HR is a recruitment and consulting firm that offers staffing and placement services.
