Higginbotham is a company seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing optimization, governance, and support of their Salesforce environment. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and improve user experience.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flowsServe as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce, including best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable administrative solutionsPartner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective system enhancementsDesign, build, and optimize automations using Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiencyManage data quality, governance, duplicate management, imports, exports, and ongoing data maintenanceCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insight to leadership and business teamsLead release planning, sandbox management, testing coordination, deployment support, and change management activitiesMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve user support requests, and drive continuous platform improvementCollaborate with technical teams on system integrations, security controls, and platform enhancementsDevelop documentation, training materials, and user enablement programs to increase adoption and improve the overall Salesforce experienceStay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals and platform best practicesSkills10+ years of Salesforce administration experience in complex, enterprise-level environmentsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceDeep expertise in Salesforce configuration, security model, data management, reporting, dashboards, and automationStrong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with additional Salesforce products is a plusDemonstrated ability to gather requirements, manage competing priorities, and deliver scalable business solutionsExperience supporting integrations, data migration efforts, and cross-functional system dependenciesStrong understanding of release management, sandbox strategy, testing, and change controlExperience training users and driving Salesforce adoption across multiple teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSalesforce Administrator certification requiredWorking knowledge of Experience Cloud, marketing automation tools, or third-party integration platformsBasic understanding of SOQL, Apex, or API-based integrations to support collaboration with developers and technical teamsExperience with Lightning Experience, Flow optimization, data governance frameworks, and AppExchange solutionsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methods and business systems governance practicesAdvanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications strongly preferredCompany OverviewHigginbotham is a provider of insurance brokerage services to businesses and individuals.
