They are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead complex, enterprise solution engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and collaborating with Sales, Product, and leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesLead executive-level conversations centered on business outcomes, total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, scalability, and long-term strategic valueServe as the primary solution leader on complex enterprise opportunities from qualification through closePartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership to align deal strategy and solution positioningDevelop and articulate clear value hypotheses aligned to client-defined success metrics early in the sales cycleConduct structured, consultative discovery with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, and Firm LeadershipTranslate complex technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives tailored to executive audiencesDesign and deliver high-impact demonstrations and strategic workshops aligned to client decision criteriaSupport pricing and commercial discussions by reinforcing quantified business value and transformation outcomesInfluence deal direction by identifying risk, competitive differentiation, and expansion opportunitiesAct as a senior escalation point during evaluations, resolving complex functional or technical concerns with credibility and composureContribute to evolving pre-sales methodologies and continuously raise the standard of executionContribute to a high-performance pre-sales culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and modeling best-in-class executionEnsure disciplined deal execution through accurate opportunity alignment and forecasting collaborationManage multiple concurrent enterprise pursuits with professionalism, responsiveness, and precisionPerform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectivesSkills6–8+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software sales (ERP, financial systems, SaaS platforms, or comparable enterprise solutions)Proven experience leading consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate complex software platformsStrong executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business valueExperience operating in competitive enterprise sales environments with multi-threaded stakeholder engagementBackground in finance systems, enterprise applications, or industry-specific enterprise platformsStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skillsExecutive-level communication presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersAbility to travel up to 50% as business needs requireExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives, including on-premise to cloud migrations, strongly preferredLegal or Practice Management System experience (including 3E) is a plus, not requiredBenefitsComprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer ContributionProfessional Development OpportunitiesTime OffWellness InitiativesEmployee Assistance ProgramGenerous Global Parental LeaveCalm, free premium subscriptionEmployee Discount ProgramCompany OverviewElite is a leading independent technology company that helps law firms drive profitability through improved operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater visibility across their business.
