Job Summary:
Join our growing team of remote virtual receptionists and play a vital role in the success of our clients. As a key member of our company, you'll provide warm, professional, and efficient phone support to businesses across a variety of industries. There will be opportunities for advancement for candidates who excel in the role.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and with a positive, helpful attitude
Accurately capture caller information and... messages, ensuring timely delivery
Address basic client questions according to established guidelines
Schedule appointments and/or transfer calls
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Computer proficiency and typing skills
Experience
1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (previous remote work experience is a plus).
Preferred Experience:
Prior employment in a remote-based role
Prior customer service experience, particularly in a phone-based role
Familiarity with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools
Fluency in Spanish is desired
Required Equipment:
Computer with the ability to run Chrome or our carrier's desktop app
Strong, reliable WiFi
Headset with microphone
Quiet workspace where you can field phone calls
