They are seeking a Cloud Advisor to drive new business growth by guiding organizations through their cloud journey, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to clients.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing leadsOwn the full sales cycle—from initial engagement through close—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast disciplineLead discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical environments, and cloud readinessPosition yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor—guiding prospects through AWS strategy and decision-makingDevelop and present tailored AWS solutions aligned to client objectives, with clear business value and ROIPartner with solutions architects and technical teams to shape compelling proposals and demonstrationsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, finance, and executive leadershipEstablish long-term trust that positions ATG as a strategic cloud partnerNavigate complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiationDrive deals to close while ensuring long-term customer success and partnership potentialStay current on AWS services, partner programs, and industry trendsEffectively differentiate ATG in a competitive cloud services landscapeSkills2–4 years of B2B sales or consulting experience (technology preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing full-cycle sales processesFoundational understanding of cloud computing (AWS preferred)Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts in business termsStrong consultative selling and discovery capabilitiesExcellent communication and executive presenceAbility to navigate complex buying groupsHighly organized with strong pipeline management disciplineExperience selling cloud, managed services, or SaaSAWS Cloud Practitioner (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Familiarity with solution selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.)Background in consulting or professional servicesBenefitsCompetitive base + uncapped commissionAccess to AWS certifications, training, and industry eventsCompany OverviewAligned Technology Group (Aligned TG) is an AWS Advanced Tier Consulting Partner specializing exclusively in AWS.
