The Senior Revenue Operations and Enablement role involves supporting sales leadership by driving reporting, analytics, and operational improvements to optimize sales effectiveness and revenue forecasting.ResponsibilitiesServe as a partner for a Divisional Sales team, working across sales, anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Acxiom’s business objectivesDrive planning activities and implement improvement initiatives to optimize results and improve efficiencyProduce and analyze tactical sales force productivity measurement activitiesAnalyze sales trends and performance, develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages in an effort to identify areas of improvements and drive resolutionParticipate in the development, implementation and automation of critical business processes and tools used to track sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performanceOptimize customer/account targeting and ensure alignment of territories to maximize effectiveness of the sales forceDrive decisions related to attainment of sales compensation on defined pay for performance payout frequenciesSkillsYou thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, but can also be extremely detailed orientedMinimum 5 years of demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policiesBS or BA degree requiredDemonstrated ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating and executing business strategiesGreat communication skills both internally and externally. Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management.
