Digital Banking Specialist I

The Digital Banking Specialist I will support Digital Banking functions, including processing online banking registrations and providing customer service for digital banking products.ResponsibilitiesProcess pending new consumer online banking registrations, maintenance requests, bill pay registrations, and bill pay temporary and permanent limit updates (ensuring appropriate approvals are received)Open, monitor, and process cases for bill pay and People Pay disputes (according to Reg E requirements as applicable)Process any business and consumer Digital Banking new setups or maintenance requests.
