[Remote] Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Drawbridge is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance their go-to-market process, primarily focusing on Salesforce actions and updates. This role involves day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce processes to drive revenue growth and optimize tools across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary business process super user for Salesforce and Salesforce CPQManage day-to-day system operations, user support, and enhancement requestsSupport and optimize quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, approvals)Develop reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and productivity performance as neededEnsure data consistency across platformsSupport evaluation, implementation, and roll out of new GTM technologies; support ongoing optimization of existing technologiesLead cross functional projects as they relate to GTM systemsPartner cross-functionally to deliver system improvementsGather requirements and translate business needs into solutionsProvide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for systems updatesProvide sales and end user support for GTM systemsSupport data quality and hygiene effortsSkills5+ years of Salesforce operational administration experienceExperience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environmentOperational experience with Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (hands-on)Strong understanding of sales and GTM business processes (pipeline stages forecasting, lead to opportunity flow, quote-to-cash)Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, data platforms, marketing automation platformsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholdersSalesforce Administrator certificationAddition Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)Company OverviewDrawbridge is a cybersecurity solution and financial firm that provides asset management, hedge fund investments, and threat landscaping.
