Empowered Path Clinical Counseling is actively hiring California board-approved associate therapists/counselors who are ready to start immediately and build a strong caseload quickly.
We are a growing, referral-supported group practice with active marketing, administrative support, insurance partnerships, and supervision already in place. If you are motivated, reliable, and serious about building your clinical career, we are ready to move quickly.
Who We’re Looking For
• California board-approved Associate Therapist/Counselor (AMFT, APCC, etc.)
• Ready to start immediately
• Able and willing to build toward a 22–35+ client caseload
• Seeking a long-term W-2 position
• Comfortable with virtual therapy/telehealth
• Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship work, emotional regulation, or LGBTQIA+ affirming care preferred
• Strong client engagement, rapport-building, and retention skills
• Flexible availability during initial caseload growth
• Professional, communicative, reliable, and growth-oriented
