The Senior Regional Account Manager will drive business growth and customer satisfaction within high-potential accounts, building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with customer needs and Heraeus Medevio’s strategic objectivesDrive revenue growth within assigned accounts by leveraging upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunitiesCollaborate with the Business Development team as needed to expand into new areas within assigned accountsServe as the primary relationship manager for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencersAct as the global escalation point for customer issues, scope changes, and quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfactionMaintain deep knowledge of customer roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively propose strategic solutions that will result in generation of new businessLead contract negotiations and renewals, including MSAs and pricing strategies, to maximize profitability while maintaining competitivenessMonitor account performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure transparency and alignmentBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline within existing accounts, ensuring strategic foresight and growth planningPartner with internal teams (e.g., Portfolio Management, R&D, Operations, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience and loyaltyProvide guidance to Account Management and Customer Support teamsOther duties assigned as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field requiredMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in account management, including experience in the medical device industry requiredProven success in managing OEM accounts or serving as a supplier to medical device companiesStrong understanding of medical device design, development, and clinical applicationsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and multi-functional customer engagementDeep knowledge of market dynamics and ability to translate customer needs into actionable growth strategiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiativesComfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced environmentMust be willing and able to travel up to 50%, including international travelMBA preferredBenefitsThis position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 30%.Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageA 401(k) plan with company matchEducation reimbursementPaid parental leavePaid time offCompany OverviewHeraeus is a holding company that produces precious metals, materials and technologies.
