[Remote] Senior Recruiter - Culinary

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Culinary to lead recruitment for diverse culinary and leadership roles across the United States. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to deliver recruitment solutions that shape the future of Sodexo’s culinary teams, while influencing hiring decisions through market insights and innovative sourcing approaches. Responsibilities • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process • Source, engage, and inspire top culinary talent—both active and passive candidates • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability Skills • 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.) • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions • Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs • 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions • Paid Time Off and Company Holidays • Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement Company Overview • Sodexo is now the worldwide leader in Quality of Life services.
