They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for critical sales and technical roles across their 25+ subsidiaries, managing full-cycle recruiting and building strategic partnerships with leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles and other specialized, critical-to-fill positions across MCE and its 25+ subsidiary companiesDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates in competitive, low-supply talent marketsCreate, maintain, and close job postings; craft compelling job advertisements tailored to attract sales professionals and candidates with niche industrial expertiseScreen and evaluate candidates against role-specific qualifications with a sharp focus on sales competencies, industry background, and cultural fit then present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a clear, confident recommendationPartner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to develop role-specific recruiting strategies, set expectations, and deliver results on tight timelinesPartner with specialized recruiting agencies, sales talent networks, and industry associations to expand sourcing reach for the hardest-to-fill rolesStay current on recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence specific to sales and technical industrial talentManage the full onboarding workflow for new hires background checks, pre-employment testing, new employee orientation, file creation, and all required paperworkEnsure all hiring and onboarding practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulationsSkills6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on sales and/or technical positions in a multi-site organizationDemonstrated success filling competitive, niche, or low-supply roles you know how to find people others can'tStrong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks especially for passive candidate outreachSkilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing with the ability to assess sales aptitude, drive, and industry fitProficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms; comfortable with data reporting and recruiting metricsHighly organized and able to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload without losing quality or responsivenessStrong communicator written, verbal, and in presentation comfortable interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levelsBackground recruiting in industrial distribution, manufacturing, fluid power, or a related B2B environment — you already speak the languageExperience managing external agency relationships and sourcing partnershipsFamiliarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platformsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage.Company-paid life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability insurance.401(k) with a generous company match.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Tuition reimbursementPaid parental leave.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Voluntary benefit products.Company OverviewFounded in 1951, MCE is a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, rotating equipment products, filtration, service, and repair solutions.
