Job Summary: Mondi FPF is the acknowledged European market leader in extrusion coating and extrusion laminating. The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to grow prof-itable business in Extrusion Coatings in existing and new customers in the UK and Ireland. Your mission: Full sales responsibility for Extrusion Coatings products in the region. Support existing and potential customers. Develop solutions to increase profitable sales and acquire new clients, prioritising value over volume. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; communicate insights.Introduce new products to grow sales and enhance solu-tions. Handle claims and coordinate responses. Prepare, monitor, and follow up on budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with plant Market Support teams to optimise customer supply chains. Your profile: Sales professional with proven track record, ideally in extrusion coating, technical films consumer packaging, converting, film or paper. Experience in developing new markets and customers. An autonomous, adaptable individual with the ability to work efficiently with senior management, production operatives, and customers.Business (and/or technical) education, at least passed with Bachelor degree level. Fluent in English, other languages an advantage. Flexibilty to travel up to 80%.
