[Remote] Senior Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth life sciences environment. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment activities and partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and hire top talent across technical and consulting-focused roles.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesExecute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding supportDevelop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talentBuild and maintain professional networks and talent communities within the life sciences industryDeliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processCoordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teamsTrack recruiting metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure hiring goals are achievedMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations and hiring practicesSupport additional recruiting and HR initiatives as assigned by leadershipSkills5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or contract staffing environmentsMinimum 2+ years of experience recruiting contractors or consultants within an external staffing agencyExperience recruiting within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated industriesAt least 3 years of experience sourcing and screening highly technical Bioengineering or Life Sciences professionalsStrong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptanceAdvanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, including passive candidate outreach, InMail campaigns, and talent pipeline developmentBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience recruiting within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, GMP Manufacturing, Engineering, or Professional Services organizationsExperience recruiting executive-level and leadership positionsProven success recruiting both exempt and non-exempt employeesExperience supporting hiring initiatives across multiple U.S. statesKnowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations, including EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, Pay Transparency, and state-specific requirementsExperience recruiting billable consultants within consulting or project-based organizationsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly WorkdayStrong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other technology-driven recruiting toolsProficiency in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniquesExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsBenefitsWeekly PayMedical, Dental, and Vision CoverageCompany OverviewTailored Management is a staffing and recruiting company that offers information technology staffing and recruitment services.
