[Remote] Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles in EPC and data center construction, partnering with operations to attract top talent in a competitive market.ResponsibilitiesDevelops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment processCollaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaIdentifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationAssists with job posting and advertisement processesScreens applications and selects qualified candidatesSchedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsAssists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholdersCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process; identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsCollects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill for positions, sources of successful candidates, etcEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesAttends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as neededAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerforms special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requestedSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted5+ years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring processExperience recruiting for a fast-paced EPC firm in the power delivery industryHuman Resources certification (ex: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRMSCP)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsCompetitive Compensation401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayPaid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive Health CoveragePet InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Professional DevelopmentTuition AssistanceEmployee Discount ProgramCompany OverviewQuanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is a construction company that offers energy infrastructure solutions.
